Abstract: In order to achieve secure quantum voting, we propose a novel super dense coding quantum voting protocol based on three particle entangled states in this paper. Our protocol can ensure the legality, anonymity, blindness, verifiability, and irreversibility of the voting process. This protocol introduces blockchain as a tool for publishing voting results, which can prevent malicious tampering of public information and enable voters to verify the authenticity and validity of their voting results. This protocol utilizes three-particle entangled states as quantum resources, requiring only single particle operations and Bell basis measurements, which make it is easy to be implemented using the existing quantum information processing techniques. Finally, simulation experiments were conducted on IBM Qiskit platform to verify the feasibility of the protocol.
