%X <p>A valid approach to analyze the performance of multi-service cellular systems is proposed. Appropriate models of user&rsquo;s hybrid traffic and its behavior are established with a reasonable description of its characteristics. Accordingly, a multi-dimension continuous time Markov chains based method is used to derive the relationships between the expected system blocking probability, the traffic outage probability as well as the resource utilization ratio and the users&rsquo; attributes. Simulation results verify that the proposed approach, compared with the existing ones, evaluates system performance more accurately.</p>
