%X <p>The article attempted to solve the challenge on how to define and qualify constraints to get solution when making migration strategy. First, the constraints were classified, quantifiable constraints were calculated. Then the analytic hierarchy process was used to change quantifiable constraints into numeric importance, and the best solution was made. Last, the hybrid migration strategy for each component of a service operation support system was applied.</p>
