%X <p>The problem of path invalid or path expired caused by best-effort model transmitting of groups commands under continuously changed Internet parameters comes into notice recently. A new group dynamics genetic algorithm was proposed. The algorithm takes into account the problem from static search and dynamic search. The advantage of the algorithm is keeping astringency short of traditional genetic algorithm. Experiments show that the performance of the algorithm is better than the used algorithms.</p>
