Two parasitic strips on earth plate was applied to realize the band-notched characteristics. The designed antenna operates on the ultra-wideband efficiently, except for the bandwidth of 5.15~5.35 GHz and 5.75~5.85 GHz for wireless local area network application. Research results show that the antenna provides perfect input impedance and pattern properties within 3.1~10.6 GHz. %U https://journal.bupt.edu.cn/EN/10.13190/j.jbupt.2017-050
