The relationship between outage probability and time distribution coefficient was derived under the constraint of satisfying the minimum transmission rate of the system. By reducing the system outage probability, the time allocation coefficient was optimized and the expression of the system throughput and energy efficiency was deduced. A suboptimal iteration time allocation algorithm was designed to solve the problem. The simulation results show that the proposed strategy is of higher system throughput and energy efficiency under the non-ideal channel condition, which will optimize the transmission performance and improve the reliability of the system. %U https://journal.bupt.edu.cn/EN/10.13190/j.jbupt.2019-007
