This design uses the skewed array consisting of split rectangular ring and rectangular patch, so that a reflective polarization rotator that can cover the frequency range of 22.5~50 GHz is realized. This device provides -3 dB fractional bandwidth up to 75.86%. The polarization conversion ratio reached 0.8 in the range of 24~47.8 GHz over an angular range of 30°.
