Therefore, the formation mechanism of employees deviant innovation behavior is explored through positive emotion (mediating effect) and deviant admiration (moderating effect). 306 effective questionnaires are empirically verified. Conclusions are shown as follows: strengths-based psychological climate has a positive effect on deviant innovation; positive emotion plays a mediating role on the relationship between strengths-based psychological climate and deviant innovation; deviant admiration has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between positive emotion and deviant innovation. The research effectively reveals the occurrence mechanism of employees deviant innovation behavior, and provides a new theoretical perspective and practical inspiration for the innovation management of employees. %U https://journalsk.bupt.edu.cn/EN/10.19722/j.cnki.1008-7729.2019.0247
