%X Through the analysis of the key quality links in the implementation process of Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Project, a quality evaluation index system consisting of directors, students, instructors and review mentors is proposed, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to calculate the relative weights of each evaluation index. At present, this index system is on trial in an university with engineering and science as its main focus to evaluate the quality of projects. The data obtained verify the effectiveness of the system. The research can provide reference for colleges and universities to carry out quantitative quality evaluation of Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training projects. <br>
