By sorting out the logic of “what to tap — how to tap — how to stimulate the effectiveness of ideological and political education”, resources tapping system is constructed. From the macro planning and top-level design by departments in charge of education, to the institutional guidance and organizational support by universities and schools, and then to the mode of teacher-guidance and student-participation, the path integration is constructed.
