%X Tapping and utilizing these elements of epidemic resistance can not only improve the teaching effect of ideological and political education in universities, and strengthen young students’ political beliefs and identification, but also further demonstrate the theoretical value and practical meaning of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. By sorting out the logic of “what to tap — how to tap — how to stimulate the effectiveness of ideological and political education”, resources tapping system is constructed. From the macro planning and top-level design by departments in charge of education, to the institutional guidance and organizational support by universities and schools, and then to the mode of teacher-guidance and student-participation, the path integration is constructed. By talking about the theoretical value, academic value, practical value, era value and social value behind the elements, university students’ knowledge system and belief can be both improved.
