%X In order to respond to the call of building an innovative country and cultivating top-notch innovative talents, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), relying on the Experimental Class on Innovation and Entrepreneurship, has carried out in-depth theoretical exploration and practice of top-notch innovative talents cultivation with the core of “Four Optimizations, Four Systems and Four Fusions”, and elaborated the strategies and measures of cultivating top-notch innovative talents from the aspects of teaching reform, operation and management and cultivation path. It also summarizes the experience of top-notch innovative talents cultivation from the perspective of demonstration results of reform, providing reference and further research ideas for the top-notch innovative talents cultivation.
